Chef de cuisine and owner of the romani residence goes in for regional high-quality products and tasty wines, making an evening at the taberna an absolutely memorable experience.

It is of utmost importance to us that our guests can enjoy the finest platesdelicious wines and unforgettable moments with their beloved ones in a unique setting.

At the Ansitz Romani, there is a small atmospheric restaurant, managed by your host Armin Pernstich in person and in which you can select from the delicate dishes of the sophisticated regional cuisine and from refined Italian dishes. The high-quality, seasonal raw products for his culinary creations, comes from farmers markets and local producers in the immediate vicinity. Herbs and spices come from your own garden.

Meat is supplied by a hunter from the Schnalstal. For high-quality meat Armin goes to the northern Wipptal. There he buys the animal as a whole in order to be able to process it himself.
