The historic Ansitz Romani in Tramin is situated in a sunny and very quiet location in the southern part of the historic centre of Tramin. From here, the view sweeps over the vine-covered hills of Tramin, up to the steeply sloping sides of the Mendelkamm, over the lovely Etsch valley to the Dolomites. The Dolomites, often called the most beautiful mountains in the world, have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2009.
From the hotel you can access the hiking trails of Tramin directly, primarily using the panorama path. This leads you on a gentle route to the neighbouring village of Kurtatsch. If you want to go higher, a path leads directly from Ansitz Romani up the Mendelkamm. A more leisurely walk is to the village centre. In just 5 minutes, you can reach the centre of Tramin an der Weinstraße through romantic village alleys.
