Pricing information

• All prices do not include the local tax of 2,50 € per person per night. Children up to 14 years of age are exempt from this tax.
• Apartments:
  Final cleaning fee: 64 € (in the apartments with a kitchenette) for additional cleaning during your stay: € 54
• No reduction for meals not taken
• Dogs are only allowed in certain room categories | Price per day per dog 20 - 30 € without food.
• The booking is only binding after receipt of the deposit.
• The bill is payable in cash, by cheque or by credit card. Cash payment is preferred.
• Our prices are determined according to the current occupancy. We work with a dynamic pricing model.

Conditions of cancellation

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, as well as in cases of no-show or late arrival, will incur a 100% cancellation fee. We therefore recommend purchasing travel insurance for your protection.

Please note that reservations and cancellations are only accepted in writing. The deposit already paid will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check in and check out

On the day of arrival your room will be available from 2 pm. On the day of departure we request you to vacate the room by 10 am.

Child reductions

Children from 0-3 years: - 50 %
Children from 3-6 years: - 40 %
Children from 6-8 years: - 30 %
Children from 8-11 years: - 30 %
Children from 11-14 years: - 20 %

As our guest you receive the Guest card mobilecard free of charge, which enables you to benefit from a number of advantages throughout your holiday in the South Tyrol.

Free use of all public transport in south Tyrol

Leave your car and make use of the free: regional trains (Brenner-Trient, Mals-Innichen), local buses, Cable cars to Ritten, Jenesien, Meransen, Mölten, Kohlern and Vöran, the tram Ritten and the mountain railway on the Mendel along with the Post Auto Schweiz between Mals and Müstair.
