The sweet art of doing nothing
Available all year round
The village enjoys a sunny and peaceful location amidst vineyards, surrounded by a landscape that is unique to this area.
The Romani Estate is situated in the historic centre of Tramin on the Wine Route – and everything is close by: through romantic village lanes, you can reach the village centre in just five minutes’ walk, Lake Kaltern in ten minutes’ drive and the provincial capital, Bolzano, in around 25 minutes.
The Tramin hiking trails start right from the estate: the Panoramic Trail takes you gently through the vineyards to the neighbouring village of Kurtatsch. If you fancy a more challenging hike, you can walk directly from Ansitz Romani up to the Mendel Ridge.
From Munich: approx. 3.5 hours via the motorway via Rosenheim – Kufstein – Brenner to the Auer–Neumarkt–Tramin motorway exit. From there, follow the signs to Tramin.
Via the Reschen Pass: head towards Merano, then take the MeBo expressway to the Eppan exit, follow the South Tyrolean Wine Route – continue on to Tramin.
Free parking directly at the property | Electric vehicle charging point available (for a fee).
IC and EC trains stop at Bolzano station; express trains also stop at Auer. From there, shuttle services and regular buses run to Tramin.
You can reach South Tyrol from Milan, Bergamo, Verona and Munich airports using the bus transfers operated by Südtirol Bus.
Where history meets hospitality and special moments are created. A retreat full of charm, indulgence and South Tyrolean joie de vivre.
