Armin and Sabine Pernstich have turned the Romani estate into what it is today – a place steeped in history that celebrates the present. Together with their children and a dedicated team, they work hard every day to ensure that their guests truly feel at home.

Behind every great place are the people who bring it to life.

As head chef, Armin creates moments of culinary delight – with passion, precision and a deep connection to the region’s produce. Sabine is the heart and soul of the establishment, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

 

They believe that a proper inn needs people, not just service. And that’s why Sunday and Monday afternoons are their time off – so that they can be there for you with plenty of energy when it really matters.
