Hotel Tramin – Romani Manor

Some places embody the passage of time. You can sense it in the stones, in the scent of the wood, in the way the light streams through the old windows.

Then & now

Since the 14th century, the Romani Manor has defined the character of Tramin on the South Tyrolean Wine Route. Once a distinguished Tramin estate, it is now a listed building – and welcomes its guests with a care that allows history and the present to blend seamlessly.

During the restoration, nothing was left to chance: high-quality building materials, oak flooring, antique furniture – and, in between, the tranquillity of historic walls that truly seem to breathe. Each unit has its own charm, its own story. What they all share is an abundance of light, air and a magical living experience.

At its heart: a Mediterranean garden with an organic pool, olive trees, palm trees and a view of the Tramin vineyards that you’ll never forget.

A blend of the traditional and the modern

What was once a stately manor house is now a dream residence for your holiday in South Tyrol. We have preserved the historic fabric of the building and complemented it with modern comforts – creating a place that is both a heritage site and a home.

The estate enjoys a sunny and peaceful location in the heart of the village of Tramin – just a few minutes from Lake Kaltern and a good 25 km from the provincial capital, Bolzano.
