A passion for cooking and keen to take on responsibility? At Ansitz Romani in Tramin, you’ll be supporting Head Chef Armin and bringing your experience and ideas to our kitchen.
Your responsibilities
- You’ll support Armin in organising and managing the kitchen.
- You’ll prepare high-quality dishes and ensure they’re presented attractively.
- You’ll play an active role in developing new dishes and menus.
- You’ll keep an eye on the quality of ingredients, storage and hygiene.
- In the head chef’s absence, you’ll take responsibility for ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly.
What you’ll bring to the role
- A completed chef’s apprenticeship and several years’ experience in the kitchen
- A passion for high-quality ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship
- An independent, structured approach to work and a willingness to take on responsibility
- Team spirit and the ability to keep a cool head, even when things get hectic
