Booking conditions

• The prices indicated are per person and night (minimum stay 4 days).
• Surcharges are charged for public holidays, bridge days or for non-compliance with the minimum stay.
• A local tax of € 1.15 will be charged per guest/day. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
• We are happy to provide our apartments also as rooms. Price on request.
• The booking is only binding when we have received a deposit of 200 EUROS.
• Please vacate the apartments by 10 am on your day of departure.
• You may settle your bill in cash, by cheque or by credit card. Cash pay prefered.

Conditions of cancellation

As a general rule, the EU standards for cancellation of hotel accommodation or travel apply. With cancellations of 1 month or less before the start of the holiday, or in the event of an early departure, we charge at least 3 days. No refund of deposit in case of cancellation.

Dogs and pets are welcome. For additional cleaning a fee of 15 € per day will be charged (without food). We point out that dogs and pets have no access to the restaurant.
